Staging
Bronze
Includes a one-hour walk-through of each room in the home and a room-by-room write-up of recommendations to make the home photo-ready using the homeowners’ current furniture and decor.
Recommendations may include: suggesting paint colors, repairs, removal of items to storage, etc. Homeowner institutes change themselves.
Silver
Same one-hour consultation as the Bronze package but we at Majestic Home Designs will institute recommendations — i.e. move furniture, hang art, rearrange — and source any items to be added.
Half-day and full-day packages are available.
Gold
As with the silver package, we will institute any recommendations made during the one-hour consultation plus one to two hours of prep before and during the photo shoot to ensure the home is camera-ready!
Design
Bronze
Two-hour consultation to discuss the homeowner's project, budget, and timeline.
Silver
Based upon a two-hour discussion, Majestic Home Design will provide a mood board and recommendations for furniture pieces to buy, paint color choices, light fixtures, tile, and whatever other additional details we think will add to your space!
Gold
Based on the original consultation, MHD will provide a mood board and floor plan, source and order all materials which may include lighting, furniture, rugs, accessories, tile, wallpaper, paint, etc, and manage the process from the initial contract to installation.
